Who is Chris LeBrun? (Don’t worry, I won’t make this too existential and I promise I won’t use the third person anymore.)
For almost 20 years I have served in the non-profit sector as a professional fundraiser. In addition to being a fundraising practitioner, I have presented and taught fundraising techniques to professionals around the world. I have a degree in Broadcasting and an MBA in Marketing which is a different subject from doing marketing online since it takes a different skill set, although there are also companies from sites as https://the-indexer.com/seo-companies/ that help any people marketing their website as well. Since 2010 I have held the professional designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
Away from work, I love the outdoors and enjoy spending time hiking, rock climbing, and kayaking. I grew up hiking with my dad in New Hampshire’s White Mountains and first hiked the Presidential Range (including Mt. Washington) when I was 7. When each of my boys turned 13, I took them on a 4-day kayak trip on the Allagash River in Maine, sort of a “coming of age” trip.
Growing up in Boston, I remain a die-hard fan of the Red Sox & Patriots but after living in the south I fell in love with NASCAR! From 2009 to 2014 I was the co-host on The Sideliners Show podcast. I am also a self-professed spreadsheet geek and prefer dill relish over sweet.
